Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery of the service

All tours purchased through Outlander Doğa Turizm are not physical products but a service provided on the scheduled date and time at the meeting point in Moment Nature Park, Bornova / İzmir. Booking confirmation is sent instantly through the system and by email once payment is complete; "delivery" is deemed to take place at the moment of this confirmation. The tour service itself is provided on the date stated in the booking.

2. Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date, 50% of the booking fee is refunded.
  • No refund is given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour starts, or for no-shows.
  • For tours cancelled by Outlander Doğa Turizm due to weather or safety reasons, the full fee is refunded or, on request, the tour is rescheduled.
  • Date change requests are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability, provided they are made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Outlander Club members at the Leader tier may cancel or change the date free of charge up to 12 hours before the tour.

3. Refund process

Approved refunds are made to the card or account used for payment, via the iyzico infrastructure, within 10 business days of the request at the latest. Refund times may vary depending on the card-issuing bank's processing times.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in contracts for services to be performed on a specific date (such as bookings with a pre-set tour date), the right of withdrawal ends once performance of the service has begun. Accordingly, cancellation requests are assessed according to the periods and rates set out in Section 2 above.
