1. Data controller

This privacy policy has been prepared by Outlander Turizm Motorlu Araçlar Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Outlander Doğa Turizm"), which operates the outlandertours.com.tr domain, in its capacity as data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Data collected

  • Your full name, phone number and email address shared in booking and contact forms;
  • Your email address and membership/tour history as part of club membership;
  • Card details processed by the iyzico payment infrastructure during payment (these are not stored on Outlander Doğa Turizm servers but processed directly on iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure);
  • IP address and browser information collected technically for the operation of the site.

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is processed to carry out booking and payment processes, provide club membership perks, respond to customer requests and complaints, fulfil legal obligations and improve service quality.

4. Data sharing

Your personal data may be shared with iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. to carry out payment transactions and with authorised public authorities where legally required. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent or a legal basis.

5. Data security

The site is protected by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol. Payment details are never stored on Outlander Doğa Turizm servers at any stage; all payment transactions are carried out through iyzico's secure infrastructure.

6. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; and to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK.
